LA Tourism -Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board

Adam reports directly to the President/CEO, oversees all aspects of the organization's business operations including management of the Finance, Human Resources, Legal and Technology/CRM functions, as well as the Membership, Advertising Sales, dineL.A. and Visitor Information teams. He leads a team of 27 and supervises eight direct reports including Vice Presidents of Finance, Human Resources and Technology.

Adam leads the organization's strategic planning and annual business planning processes and ensure cross-functional collaboration and integrated implementation across all departments.

Mr. Burke oversees the development and management of company's $58MM annual operating budget and financial reporting processes, including enhanced use of data analytics and dynamic forecasting to drive strategic decision making. He ensures full GAAP and contractual compliance to consistently achieve Unmodified Opinions for multiple, annual independent audits.
