Last Week's Meeting Highlights
Greetings fellow Rotarians and Friends!
Fall is definitely here, and the weather has been quite chilly. Our Club has certainly been very busy and working hard, spreading love, and generously contributing to so many wonderful community projects.
We are so pleased to welcome our
newest member, Raquel Frawley,
who was inducted last week by
Past District Governor Makiko Nakasone.
Welcome Raquel and thank you PDG Makiko!
We also heard from JoAnne Staten, from Otis College of Art and Design who is the
Lead Faculty for the
Jacaranda School in Malawi, Africa.
What an incredible program! Our Club has been honored to help support this amazing work, including our most recent contribution of a Satellite WiFi system so the students could access remote classrooms at Otis with ease. We look forward to welcoming the founders of the Jacaranda School in a few weeks – stay tuned!

Thank you Rob Bird and Gail Goldstein for your tireless support of our community and thank you Gwen, Bobbie, and Steph for helping to make sure things went smoothly. President Lisa called most of the games sharing the Mic with Father Jim Forsen! A great time was had by all ~ Really Fun!

It is our pleasure to welcome our long-time community partners from the Venice Chamber of Commerce, CEO Donna Lasman,

We have proudly sponsored this amazing program for many years and look forward to this year’s event. This is the program’s 40th year and “fun fact”, it was actually started by the Venice Rotary Club in 1984!
We will enthusiastically present our check
