"There tends to be a lot of conversation about personal responsibility. What I’ve learned, is that when we can change our mindset about self-love and self-care, it can shift our experience of what personal responsibility feels like. It is OK to be kind while on the path to better health and I think when we express gratitude and learn to self-regulate,
our choices really materialize as self-empowerment.
Our happiness can then become our choice."
