Greetings
Rotarians & Friends!
We are halfway through the month of April, and there is so many different celebrations
taking place. At our meeting last week,
we celebrated the season blending a few holiday traditions together including little fuzzy
Easter bunnies, Holiday Candy,
a few special foods traditionally served at a Passover Seder added to our breakfast buffet, and Easter Lilly centerpieces that we were able to share with our guests.
We wished our Dear Kelli Trombley all the best
in her next endeavors as she moves to
North Carolina later this month!

We welcomed our students from the
District Pageant of the Arts program to perform for us and it was absolutely magical – we love the opportunity to support our High Schools and witness the talent of these young students. Thank you for all who joined us for this special morning.

April is a very interesting month.
We’ve got taxes to file, Earth Day, Arbor Day, and the lesser-known National Tea Day,
National Gardening Day and National Siblings Day – and I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the 60th anniversary of Marina Del Rey, which was celebrated this past weekend.
We are supposed to have April showers, which we haven’t really seen too much of yet this month, but I hear we are expecting some showers towards the end of this week – bring on the May flowers!!
This past Saturday marked the beginning of Passover, and Holy Week began this past Palm Sunday leading to Easter on the 20th. Whatever you celebrate,
may be richly blessed with love and the
joy of renewal this spring!
