Katy Kolodjiejski Joins Playa Venice
Three generations of the same family, enjoy Playa Venice membership, at the same time!
On October 18th the Club ventured into unique territory. We inducted Dan's mother and Kip's grandmother, Katy, into Club Membership. Three generations of the same family in the same Club at the same time. Must be a record! To top the evening, 10/18 was Katy's 90th birthday which we acknowledged with a special Playa Venice birthday cake. District membership chair Jerry Brown acted as the installing officer. Jerry went one step further and bought a fist full of raffle tickets and was rewarded with the top prize donated by Howard Pollack, 100,000 miles on United Airlines, valued at $10,000. We couldn't be happier for our friend Jerry and his lovely wife Toni!
