For the Troops

A few years ago we partnered with “For the Troops” to collect, pack and ship items to our troops overseas.  We recently received notification that the organization has shipped the 25,000^th package. Renewed congratulations to this valued group of volunteers. Their email and web site information are listed below.

Greetings...Just a quick note to let all our supporters and volunteers know that Chris Morrow captured on video our packing and shipping event celebrating our 25,000th Care Package sent last week.  Chris interviewed Paula and Janie talking about the origins and motivation behind "ForTheTroops".  She also interviewed Mayor Paul Miller,  Representative Elton Gallegly (R - CA) and several volunteers. Chris submitted the story and video to CNN and hopes to have the video covered on CNN TV. This is fantastic coverage for our organization and the work we do for our military heroes.
