Venice High School Interacters participate in the 24 hr. relay to help fight Cancer.

This is the Venice High School Interact location at the Relay for Life, which was sponsored by the Cancer Society.  The Interacters had someone walking for 24 hours starting at 9am on Saturday to 9am on Sunday.  The students raised several hundred dollars and several club members including Gail Goldstein, Peter Smythe, Tom Ryan and others.  I especially want to thank Peter Smythe, Tom Ryan, Diane Pollack, and Katie Butler who helped take 4 hour stints to act as chaperones to the Interact club members.  And a very special thanks goes to Tom Ryan who took the 1 am to 5 am shift.  One of the Interactors walked 20 miles.
