Cultural Dinner

Please join us on Thursday, October 17, 3019, at the Playa Vista CenterPointe Club for Fiesta Mexico.  The evening represents the club’s annual Cultural Dinner celebrating the country of Mexico.  We will also be presenting the Club’s Community Service Award to Stephanie Younger of the Stephanie Younger Real Estate Group.  It is a magical evening full of fun, great food including homemade tortillas, hosted bar with margaritas, wonderful entertainment, live and silent auction as well as a wine lot and raffle.  There are some fabulous prizes including a vacation home in Costa Rica, hotels, A Taste of the Bay, private airline flight to Santa Barbara and United Airline tickets to name a few.

Stephanie is receiving this Sunrise Community Service Award because of her giving spirit to the community.  She has shared her success in real estate with our community giving back to so many causes including the 4^th of July Parade, the WAM Festival, Rock Roll and Run for Education, Teacher Min-Grants and many, many of our local schools.

This is the club’s largest fundraiser of the year and the net proceeds will go to the Playa Venice Sunrise Rotary Foundation to support the 40+ projects and programs of the club.  Some of these projects  include student scholarships, Teacher Min-grants, Holiday Adopt-A-Family, Midnight Mission, USC County Childrens Hospital and support of LAPD, LAFD, The Boys and Girls Club of Venice and Mar Vista Family Center.
