We all know when we are in a dysfunctional  relationship, it drains our energy and we anticipate and dread interacting. This can happen in both our personal or work lives.

To move successfully through conflict, all parties need to firstly want to, and secondly, take responsibility for their part in the conflict. Then prepare for and ultimately address the situation in a constructive, solution oriented way that builds trust and creates an opportunity for both parties to succeed.
