Youth Exchange Program

Warren Bobrow, Ph.D. is a member and past-president of the Rotary Club of Westchester.  He first joined Rotary in 1989.  Dr. Bobrow has served our district in a variety of positions, including SAG of Risk Management and Youth Exchange Officer.  PDG Brad Robinson named him "Rotarian of the Year" for 2011-2012.  Warren currently serves as a country coordinator for SCANEX, the multi-district youth exchange program that includes D5280.

Warren holds a BA in psychology from UC Irvine (Zot!) and a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the University of Tennessee (Go Vols!).  He is the president of All About Performance, a consulting firm that helps companies hire and develop top talent.

His wife Joan is a senior behavioral scientist at RAND Corporation in Santa Monica.  Their son Andy will be beginning his junior year this fall at the University of Minnesota.
