Where are you from originally? If not from LA, how did you end up here?
Born and raised in Los Angeles
Tell us about your occupation.
I'm a non-profit CEO providing college preparatory and human services support for low income and at risk youth and their families. I'm also a grant writer, small business/non-profit consultant, and Direct Sales Representative.
Why did you join Rotary and what is your favorite Rotary experience?
I joined Playa Venice Sunrise Rotary as the culmination of a childhood commitment to the Rotary way of giving and supporting youth. I am a former recipient of the LA5 scholarship program. My favorite Rotary moments are when I see our CO-OP Interact students lead, serve, and shine.
What does your perfect weekend look like?
A perfect weekend for me includes great food, great friends, and great memories. Whether I'm at a local fair, visiting a favorite restaurant, or watching a movie - people, food, and fun are a must.
